The "Right Size" Flag
Made from 1” thick oak stock, these flags are right in between our traditional "medium" and "large" sizes, measuring approximately 16"x31"x1". A client had requested this specific size to fit a particular spot on their wall, so we went ahead a made a few more...
Each version features a chiseled and carved texture on all 13 oak stripes for a hand hewn look. This size is available in black and natural stripes, red and natural stripes, and red and white stripes.
Finished with a oil based varnish, this piece catches and reflects light from its different angles and curves.
This piece is meant for a medium wall space or mantle. This piece is shown hung on a covered porch, to give it some protection from the elements, but it could be hung indoors or outdoors and look equally good.
The backside of the piece is torched for a more finished appearance and comes with hanging wire for easy hanging. Due to the weight of oak stripes, a substantial hanging anchor is required.

Items are handmade, so variations are inevitable. That said, we work hard to maintain the same level of quality across all of our items.
Should you decide to return any undamaged, unused product, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Wood items such as artwork, flags, garden stumps are finished with multiple coats of polyurethane for protection. We use water-based polyurethane or oil-based polyurethane, so if you decide to recoat a product, be sure to check the product description to see which kind was used originally so you can be consistent. We are not responsible for any damage that may result from you treating a product. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us.
If your item is going to be displayed outdoors, we will use outdoor polyurethane for additional protection. Items left outside year-round in the elements will show wear and tear faster, so we recommend that items are brought in during harsh weather seasons.
