Claddagh Steel Round
This unique piece combines steel and wood to bring the traditional Claddagh symbol to your home as a multimedia piece with depth and dimension.
14-gauge steel is cut in the Claddagh design and mounted offset from a stained and polyurethaned wood board. The slight offset mounting gives this piece depth, dimension and color, as the silver steel plays off the warm and reflective wood below. The wood below is stailed dark with Minwax Special Walnut (or Dark Walnut), and finished with Minwax oil semi-gloss Polyurethane, and the steel is coated several times with Krylon Silver Paint for sheen and protection.
Custom stain and paint colors available upon request if timing and inventory allows. Actual product may vary slightly from photos due to stain and grain variations in wood.
Approximately 24” in finished dimension and comes with hanging wire for easy mounting.

Items are handmade, so variations are inevitable. That said, we work hard to maintain the same level of quality across all of our items.
Should you decide to return any undamaged, unused product, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Wood items such as artwork, flags, garden stumps are finished with multiple coats of polyurethane for protection. We use water-based polyurethane or oil-based polyurethane, so if you decide to recoat a product, be sure to check the product description to see which kind was used originally so you can be consistent. We are not responsible for any damage that may result from you treating a product. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us.
If your item is going to be displayed outdoors, we will use outdoor polyurethane for additional protection. Items left outside year-round in the elements will show wear and tear faster, so we recommend that items are brought in during harsh weather seasons.
Steel Care
The steel has been coated with outdoor spray paint for general weather and rust protection. Depending on display location, steel flags hung in permanent outdoor locations may have to be treated again in future to ensure weather and rust protection. Indoor display should have no issues.
