Oak Sunset
This original wood mountainscape is made from oak boards ripped down to 1” thick strips and then each piece is sanded, stained, and arranged in a mosaic like style to create a sprawling mountain landscape with offset mountain peaks.
The sunset effect is created by layering shades of paint in an overlapping pattern to create a color gradient. The overall effect is sun fading out at the end of the day as nightfall sets in.
To finish, the entire piece is framed with oak and 3 coats of water-based poly are applied for sheen and protection. Comes with hanging wire for easy mounting.
Due to the grain and color pattern, no two pieces are alike. This piece would be suitable for a medium wall space or shelf. (Approximately 14”x24")

Items are handmade, so variations are inevitable. That said, we work hard to maintain the same level of quality across all of our items.
Should you decide to return any undamaged, unused product, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
